As a club, we are doing our best to follow all England Hockey Guidance to ensure that we can get back to playing as soon as possible, but we do need some help from you.

Please ensure that you have completed the England Hockey Participation Agreement – found here - at least 24 hours before your first hockey session. If this has not been done you will be turned away. We encourage all players to print off their Participation Agreement confirmation email and pop in their hockey kit bag or save the email on their phone.  Especially if they participate with multiple organisations, for example club and county.

Before attending a session, please ensure you have read the following information for players and watch this video

Our COVID Officer is: Jenni Freeman
Mobile: 07519339465

She should be contacted as soon as possible if you suspect that you have Covid-19 symptoms.

Hockey Training may look a little bit different for a while:

  • Players will not touch (with their hands) equipment that doesn’t belong to them – including balls, cones and markers.
  • The showers and changing rooms will not be available to use at Culm Valley Sports Centre – toilets are still available but social distancing is in place
  • Spectators should be minimal please and not standing in groups, preferably off of the pitches. We ask that where possible parents of juniors wait in the car during the session. This means it is more important than ever that we have up to date emergency contact information.
  • Team players/parents etc. should not gather in the entrance to the facility, astro or main building.
  • Spare kit should be left in cars where possible. Only bring essential playing kit to the pitch
  • Dug outs and shelters will not be in use.
